2. Plank
Steps in performing this exercise involve initial bending of the knees while balancing your toes. You wrists and arms must be in the direct line with your shoulders. After that you need to contract your abs along with lengthening your spine and keeping the torso straight in line from head to the toe. You are required to remain in this position for a time period of at least 1-2 minutes. You can repeat these steps as many times as you want in order to tone up your body.

3. The Hundred
In this exercise you need to stretch your back along with your knees on the top of your chest and arms stretched out down along the side. You have to lift up your chin as well as your chest slowly in order to rise up your shoulder blades. After that, you are required to raise your legs upward by lying on the floor. Now, lift up your arms and pump them in the upward and downward motion while inhaling and exhaling at the same time.  You need to repeat them for at least 10 times in order to make a minimum of 100 pumps.
